The glory of God · Holiness and majesty
Calling towards heaven expresses a congregation’s desire for God’s revealed glory and all nations’ united worship. Throne and Lamb centre the work, directing heavenly and earthly praise to Jesus Christ. Hebrews reminds us that his self-giving has already opened access to God, enabling gratitude and trust when asking his presence. Welcoming the Lord also means turning attention from ourselves towards him and obeying his truth. Pair singing with Scripture and quiet prayer to give reverence clear content, then ask the Lord to guide everyone in living out the grace they have received within actual relationships.
United worship, opening gatherings, prayer for the Kingdom and praise of adoration.
