The pilgrim journey · Prayer and drawing near
Through earnest questions, the work expresses longing to draw near to the Lord and love him more, treasuring God himself as life’s lasting portion. Psalm 27’s desire to behold his beauty supplies a familiar background, while Psalm 73 reaffirms his preciousness amid gains and losses. Willingness to linger in worship turns scattered attention back to our relationship with the Lord. Jesus teaches remaining in his love and responding through love for one another. After quiet nearness, carry being loved and loving him back into daily life, continuing to walk with him through real relationships and choices.
Quiet worship, personal devotions, retreat reflection and dedication responding in love.
