Our misery in sin · Weakness and weariness
In the Gospels, Jesus touches the sick and has compassion on sufferers, revealing his authority and kindness through healing. This song leads the congregation to ask him for release and renewed life, connecting trust to the cross’s salvation. James encourages prayer for the sick and calls fellow believers to undertake the responsibility of companionship. Ask the Lord fervently to show grace while considering treatment, rest and daily care, making the sick feel treasured. Full bodily redemption remains believers’ shared awaited hope. While symptoms have not improved, the church therefore continues walking with them, supporting peaceful waiting within the Lord’s love.
