The pilgrim journey · Prayer and drawing near
This song brings the earthly congregation into worship around the throne, joining kneeling, honour and offered lives. Hebrews 10 grounds bold access to God in Jesus’ opened way; Revelation 5 reveals the Lamb worthy of heaven and earth’s praise. Nearness therefore includes reverence and confidence in acceptance. Final willingness to live for him extends worship into choices after leaving the hall. Quietly entrust one life decision afterwards and ask the Lord to help us act according to his will.
Quiet nearness in worship, prayer meetings, dedication responses and retreat reflection.
