Redeeming grace · Freely given grace
Inviting people who have lost hope in life, this song brings the possibility of renewal before Jesus. The new creation of Second Corinthians 5 happens in union with Christ and reconciliation with God; Titus 3 attributes this renewal to the Lord’s mercy and the Spirit’s work. Past wounds and their consequences may still take time to address, but believers can begin learning trust, repentance and love with a new identity. Leave listeners room to respond and ask questions. Practical companionship helps them gradually understand the gospel and gives the comfort lasting support.
