Our misery in sin · Weakness and weariness
From the identity of being known by the Lord and embraced in love, the work sings willingness to lift the head towards the Lord afresh. Holy clothing, shield and high tower help the discouraged remember the Saviour’s care. Psalm 3 prays from threat, calling amid unrest to the Lord who lifts the head; Isaiah’s garments of salvation picture joy in grace. Bring failure and fatigue into singing, ask the Lord for strength to stand again and begin one achievable action. His bestowed dignity helps people emerge from shame and faithfully continue life’s responsibilities.
Prayer amid discouragement and setbacks, testimony meetings, pastoral visits and encouraging coworkers.
