The glory of God · Loving kindness and mercy
Against the world’s vastness, our struggles can seem insignificant. This song turns attention towards the Lord’s care for each person. Psalm 8 marvels that God remembers humanity beneath the immense heavens and earth, while Psalm 56 places human tears within his care. Looking back over life, we can recognise support received amid laughter and difficulty while honestly acknowledging experiences still not understood. Leave sufficient room for those currently suffering when sharing testimonies of grace, so they know that the Lord treasures them too. His grace sustains people in weakness, often becoming visible through members’ long companionship.
Thanksgiving testimonies, year-end reflection, pastoral visits and sharing life stories.
